Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I dont know about you, but 2014 seems to have flown by.

Maybe it’s an age thing, as time certainly seems to speed up as I get older.

This has been an amazing year and it’s almost time to say hello to 2015.

But before we say goodbye to 2014, let’s look back over the year.

It’s fair to say that 2014 has been an amazing year for The Big Red Tomato Company and and given me the opportunity to work with some amazing entrepreneurs and business owners.

As clients, customers, commenters and sharers of content, you have inspired me to play a bigger game, celebrate the wins, learn from the challenges and always strive to be  very best.

As a business owner you’re probably thinking about the new opportunities or challenges that are fast approaching with the new year, but before you look towards 2015, it’s important to celebrate the milestones that you have achieved in the last 12 months before you  plan for the
future so you continue to move in the right direction.

Before you do anything else, look back at the goals you made for yourself back in January (you did set some goals for yourself and your business didn’t you?).

See how each one turned out and make sure you celebrate the successes and see what lessons you can learn, whether you achieved them or not, so that you can set new benchmarks to strive for in the coming months.

From all at The Big Red Tomato Company, we wish you and your families a cracking Christmas, fabulous New Year and we hope you get to enjoy the down time with loved ones.

As for me I will be spending a month back in the UK, spending time with my wife, son, family and friends in my hometown of Nottingham.

Then for Christmas we are heading over to Derbyshire for a few days where we’ve hired a cottage and having a family get together, which will be amazing.

I can’t wait to see you in the New Year so that we can continue this journey together.
