Next to each agenda item add the action you want taking. Why? Because the recipient will know what you want from the item and consequently should make the meeting go more smoothly as it avoids having to explain what you want. If it’s a proposal you want agreeing, simply add a brief summary of the proposal and highlighting the benefits.
