  2. Hostess of Happiness El Edwards writing on Tycoon Blogger posted an excellent reminder of why it’s important to take more time in your customer emails or blog comments in Why writing every email like a 19th century love letter will win you more customers
  3. On the Social Media Examiner, Amy Porterfield looks at Why Customers fan Facebook Pages apparently the number 1 reason is or discounts and promotions (c40% become Fans because of this) – are there lessons you can apply here?

  1. Brian Case writing on FreelanceSwitch.com shares an excellent article -  Keep Your Sanity by Managing Client Expectations which includes some great strategies for responsiveness and weeding out time wasting clients.
  2. Keith Bloomendaal from HotBlogTips is currently giving away (free download no optin required) his excellent ebook The 4 Hour Sleep Week where he shares his story about how he built a business selling $50k of product a month. Jammed packed full of advice and tips you can follow. This eBook was previously sold at $12.95.
  3. Reader and contributor Ben Lumley suggested a site to me this week which has shown him a method for driving substantial traffic to his site. Check out Lewis Howes post 7 Online Guerrilla Marketing Tips That Feed Your Business to learn how you can benefit from these techniques too.
  4. We don’t often share stories on financing primarily because the financing rules  can differ so widely from country to country, but The Five Cs of Credit Analysis by Susan Konig on Allbusiness.com explains the criteria banks use when granting a loan. Which if you’re in the market for finance, you’ll find it worthwhile checking out.
  5. Interesting post on Mashable about how to gain Twitter Influnece examining the strategies of Robert Scoble and Guy Kawasaki in their tweets and providing a step by step guide to creating more influence.

    Patricia, That’s what I thought too! Plus most people don’t necessarily get chance to action stuff on a Friday so it doesn’t get done. Which is why I came up with the mid week round up so people have chance to action before the end of the week.
